Exchange and Return Policy
EXCHANGES
Our product exchange policy is designed to provide customers with complete peace of mind when shopping with us. All our products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects. We also accept exchanges for products that were delivered differently from what was originally ordered. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or different from what you ordered, please follow the steps below to request an exchange:
1 – Notify our team about the issue via email within 3 days of receiving the product. Be sure to include clear photos of the defective or incorrect item.
Please note: we do not process exchange requests submitted after this deadline.
2 – Your claim will be reviewed within 2 business days. If the issue is confirmed, we will contact you by email, and you may choose one of the following options:

Receive a refund for the amount paid;

Receive a replacement product identical to what was originally ordered;

Receive a product of similar value.
RETURNS
If you wish to return your order for any reason — we’re here to help! The Consumer Protection Code allows exchanges and returns within 7 days in case of remorse. Below is our return procedure for receiving a refund via the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged;

Returned items must include the original tags and be sent in their original packaging;

Returned items must show no visible signs of wear or use.
To begin a return, follow these steps:
Send us an email within 3 days of receiving the product, including your name, order number, and details of the product purchased, along with photos of the unused, sealed item.
We will review your request and respond by email within a maximum of 2 business days with the next steps.

Once the return is approved and the product is sent back, your refund will be processed via the same payment method used at checkout. For credit card purchases, the refund will appear on your card statement. The timeline depends on when the request was made and your card’s billing cycle. The refunded amount may return as credit or added back to your available limit, depending on your card provider.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. The product must be shipped within the specified timeframe, and you must send us the shipping receipt so we can proceed with the return process.
